DESIGN & BUILD
We pride ourselves on being able to take the stress out of dealing with multiple contacts offering you one point of contact with weekly updates. We handle all relationships with structural surveyors, building control and any other external companies involved allowing for as much or as little involvement as you like.
1. DESIGN CONSULTATION
ASSESS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE
An informal meeting talking over ideas, sharing thoughts and gaining insight from you.
2. DESIGN CREATION
LET THE CREATIVE JUICES FLOW
The design ideas from the consultation are presented on mood boards for your approval.
Once the design has been agreed and a budget confirmed, the procurement of all your interior elements will begin and at the right time will be delivered to the project for installation.
BRINGING YOUR DESIGN TO LIFE
Your design will start to come to life as our team implement, build and install all your interior elements.
The final touches to finish off your interior design and get it photo ready.
1 .BUDGET ESTIMATION
From details of your project including floor plans and the standard required, we provide you with a budget estimation cost for your project.
2. DECISION STAGE
TO DO OR NOT TO DO
Based on the budget estimation you decide if you would like to go ahead with the works.
3. FULL ESTIMATION
Upon instructing us to complete the project for you we survey the property and provide a full estimation of costs.
4. PLANNING STAGE
BEFORE WORKS START
Keys are handed over to your allocated project manager who starts a 4 week planning process. This includes the rip out, instructing any required surveys and service providers and work with the architect to ensure layouts and floorplans are correct or updated where necessary. We ensure everything is ready and in place to start the project.
5. DEVELOPMENT STAGE
LET THE WORK BEGIN
Once the planning is complete and the site is set up our experienced build team commence with building works.
6. CLIENT MANAGEMENT
ENSURING YOU’RE HAPPY
Keeping you in the loop even with the smallest changes, your allocated project manager will liaise with you throughout the build by providing weekly reports.
7. SNAGGING STAGE
PERFECTING THE PROJECT
Overseen by your project manager, the final checks take place ensuring everything is complete. This stage can take 1-2 weeks to complete.
8. HANDOVER STAGE
Once you’re happy with the project we hand the completed property back to you. All certificates are produced and sign-off is completed. We also provide cleaning services to ensure your property is completely ready for selling or letting.
Timescales will vary. On average projects take between 16-24 weeks to complete.
